The HFA team is fully dedicated to ensuring that the first ever fintech week in Budapest goes as smoothly as possible. All event logistics, from content to securing a venue to managing the event, are something that we can help you with if it’s needed best for our resources.

Each event co-organizer decides in what form and under what conditions the participants can participate in their own event. If you consider that you would only open your event for a participation fee, this is of course possible. The important thing is that the organizers of Budapest Fintech Week do not take responsibility for the administrative and legal processing of the payments. However, we would rather support accessibility and inclusivity in terms of events.

If you want to participate in the events, the starting point will be the Budapest Fintech Week website. Here you can find all the events that we organize together with the Hungarian fintech community under the umbrella of the Budapest Fintech Week. So the 3-day event takes place at several locations and consists of several sub-events and co-organizers. There is no single ticket to participate in the events. You can register for each event, workshop, and talk or roundtable separately. Participation in the events is free.

Yes, we do accept invite-only events as long as there is a clear way for potential attendees to request an invitation.

Ideally, all the evets will be held at a central location, in the inner city, but you can hold your event in your own office or other location related to you. If you need help finding the right location, contact us.

Budapest Fintech Week is an umbrella brand that gives a platform to a series of talks, workshops, meetups and parties during its 3-days. Attendees come from near and far to hear the best and brightest across various verticals in fintech.

The main organizers of the event are MBH Fintechlab, The Hungarian Fintech Association (HFA) and the Ergomania design agency.

The opportunities are endless when it comes to the type of event you can host. You can stick to more traditional event formats (presentation, talk, meetup, workshop, roundtable, etc), but you can also be a little more adventurous and experiment with new things.
